This Occupant Load Calculation is based upon the accuracy of the information provided by the requestor/owner/business.  It was not reviewed or verified for compliance. It does not take into account any potentially unpermitted, undocumented changes of use or exempt work, furniture or layout reconfigurations that might impact total Occupant Load Calculations.

By utilizing this Occupant Load Calculator, the requestor/owner/business acknowledges that future total Occupant Load Calculations may be less than what is noted on the Occupant Load Calculator.

The requestor/owner/business must follow all Mayor, County Judge, and Governor’s Orders that have been issued and are currently in force during the Covid-19 period of limited business activity.  All exits and restrooms must remain open. Social distancing must be maintained when required by the applicable Mayor, County Judge, or Governor’s order.

A requestor/owner/business may not rely on this occupant load calculation when the applicable Mayor, County Judge, or Governor’s Order authorizes greater than 75% of the total listed occupancy of the business or you receive a Temporary Occupant Load Card or new Certificate of Occupancy that includes the occupant load from the City of Austin.
