Change of Ownership Inspection Request

For Food Enterprises Only: This inspection is a requirement to ensure the facilities and existing equipment meet the current health and safety standards prior to ownership changing hands.

Prerequisites

In order to submit an application online you must be able to meet the following requirements.

Applicants will be contacted for payment, by a city representative, within the next two (2) business days. Please allow staff time to process all requests prior to inquiring about an application’s status. If you require further assistance or additional information regarding your submitted application please refer the confirmation number when contacting the department.

All applicable fees are assessed on a per inspection basis. Refund requests will not be honored if submitted more than 180 days after the payment date.
